We are looking to fill the following positions currently:

Marketing/PR manager

Role: Lead the marketing team at Synovel. Build a brand value and increase awareness about Synovel.
Pre-requisites: Experience in marketing in IT domain. Sales experience is a bonus. Experience in leading a team towards challenging goals. Willing to travel around.

Web application developer

Role: Lead developer for creating a web application. Will be involved in initial design.
Pre-requisites: You need to have experience in developing web applications (not websites). Must have clear understanding of design issues related to a web application and building a good UI. Should have knowledge of Python/PHP and Ajax.

Linux Hacker

Role: Lead developer for creating a server on linux. Might require adding new features to existing servers, enable communication between various servers. Lot of hacking involved.
Pre-requisites: You should have experience in tweaking linux servers like Postfix/Sendmail/Jabber/Apache/Mysql, above being able to configure these servers.
